To think that children have experienced life, just like this. Even worse, even. To think that that occurs just drains the hope from my heart. And if anyone could possibly deny a child the right to love whoever they choose.. I hardly have words. I feel overwhelmed with anger and a deep, deep sadness. I don’t understand that people do this to each other. I can’t follow the logic. I can’t understand how people could be this hurtful. It doesn’t make sense to me, that kind of cruelty.

But I do understand that people through this, and it’s so unfair. It’s so unfair, I don’t know what to do. I feel helpless.

I have a story for you, Homestuck fandom.

Myself and whisper-through-the-wall were at FanimeCon this past weekend, and we left to get pizza. While in line, this woman approached us because she was so fascinated with whisper’s Gamzee costume. She asked each of her 3 older children to pose with her for a picture, but they were all too terrified to even come close. Finally she handed whisper her baby and said “Here, take a picture with my baby.”
I cannot express how fucking hilarious this situation was. I mean, what isn’t great about Gamzee holding some random-ass baby while it looks at him like “THE FUCK IS THIS?”

So I kindly ask of you Tumblr, let’s make this photo famous.
